We are looking to hire a talented account manager to work across numerous client accounts delivering a wide variety of digital work.
You will deliver first class service for our clients through your project management skills, digital and technical knowledge, and commercial acumen.
You will act as the key point of contact between your clients and the agency's internal team of dedicated creative and tech, search, display, social and mobile professionals.
Supported by the Head of Digital, you will formulate and implement digital strategies, meet client KPI's and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- - Work closely with clients to delivery digital strategy
- - Manage the day-to-day client relationships
- - Be pro-active in recommending digital solutions to clients
- - Deliver high quality work, on time and on budget
- - Create proposals, presentations and support new business initiatives
- - Understand commercial performance of projects and manage invoicing
- - Write briefs for internal teams and capture requirements accurately for the production teams
- - Manage and train your team of digital execs
Desired Skills and Experiences
- - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- - Strategic thinker with problem solving skills
- - Confident communicator with excellent written skills
- - Passionate about the digital industry
